Step one: Chop the fruit

We chopped the rhubarb coarsely with a knife and then used the food processor very briefly just to break the pieces up into more irregular chunks. That way we released some more of the juices to do their work. Once it was crushed we added it to the primary fermenter (the white plastic bucket).
